Payment Rules
1.Please complete payment within 24 hours after placing your order. Unpaid orders will be automatically cancelled, and the acrylic raw material inventory will not be reserved.
2.Payment Method: Online payment is supported. The order is confirmed once payment is received, and the custom processing of DIY acrylic will commence.
3.Please verify your shipping information and custom specifications before payment. If you need to change your address after payment, please contact customer service immediately. No address modification is available once the parcel has been shipped.
4.If payment fails, please check your balance or network. Do not resubmit your order repeatedly. You may contact customer service for assistance.
5.After payment, we will arrange processing and shipment in order of receipt. DIY acrylic is a custom-cut product. Once the material is cut, no refund will be issued for non-quality issues. If raw materials are out of stock, our customer service will contact you to discuss a refund or waiting for restocking.
